When is Sabbath?
While it is true that the Jews today worship on a Saturday sabbath, this does not prove that it is the true Sabbath. They did not always worship on the Saturday sabbath. Jewish scholars are very clear that the original method of calendation was different from the modern calendar and that under intense persecution during the fourth century A.D., the Jews gave up their original lunar-solar calendar.

Declaring the new month by observation of the new moon, and the new year by the arrival of spring, can only be done by the Sanhedrin. In the time of Hillell II [4th century C.E.], the last President of the Sanhedrin, the Romans prohibited this practice. Hillel II was therefore forced to institute his fixed calendar, thus in effect giving the Sanhedrin's advance approval to the calendars of all future years. ("The Jewish Calendar and Holidays (incl. Sabbath)": The Jewish Calendar; Changing the Calendar.

The New Moon is still, and the Sabbath originally was, dependent upon the lunar cycle. (Universal Jewish Encyclopedia, p. 410)

2 Thess. 2:9-12, Ezekiel 20:22-25, Explains why people live under a delusion.
Below scriptures explains new moons and Sabbath day worship:
Psalms 104:19, Isaiah 66:23, Colossians  3:16-17, Ezekiel 46:1-3, 1 Samuel 20:24-27, Amos 8:5,
Nehemiah . 10:23, 2  Chorinicals . 2:4, Hebrew 4:9-11, Exodus 12:1-3.
The New Moon is a solemn feast day ,= A day of worship, Psalms 81:3 Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day. Not a workday , so these rules must apply to New Moon Day , There are three kinds of days each month - Thus declares YaHUWaH, “THE GATE of the inner courtyard facing the east, is to be shut six days for work, but on the Sabbath day it is open, and on the New Moon day it is open. Ezekiel 46:1 Here in the book of Ezekiel we find a “thus says YaHuWaH” that He ordained three kinds of days each month, which are named and have a specific function. Notice below that the East Gate of the temple being opened or closed for worship actually defines that these days can never overlap. New Moon days and Sabbaths are both identified as worship days in contrast to work days. Each day is either a work day or a worship day and can never be both.

1) East Gate is SHUT six working days.
2) East Gate is OPEN on Sabbath days.
3) East Gate is OPEN on New Moon days.
The 8th day Sabbath? 6 DAYS THOU SHALL WORK AND THE 7TH SHALL BE A SABBATH . Well lets work this out shall WE?
1st day = sabbath , New Moon day .WORSHIP DAY . 2nd day = 1 = working day ,
3rd day = 2 = working day
4th day = 3 = working day ,
5th day = 4 =working day ,
6th day = 5 =working day ,
7th day = 6 = working day
8TH DAY =SABBATH ? = The 7th day of rest has foretold in Scriptures.
So the 8th day is a Sabbath day And the 7th is not? Then that makes The Biblical Creators Calendar CORRECT.
Exodus 12:1-3 speaks of the beginning of each new year.

Eziekl 46:1-3 and Isaiah 66:23 clearly states that we are to worship the new moon day as a Sabbath. At the end of keeping new moon day Qudosh then count six days forward to find the first Sabbath of the new moon beginning at evening will land on the the 8th, 15th which is full moon, 22 and 29th. Keep new moon day as a Sabbath and then count the number of days in a month for Sabbath days which always are 8th, 15, 22, 29 day of each new month.

Instead of using the Georgian calendar which is man made, we now understand from one new moon to another we would count like the Creator taught us to count every seven days from the new moon would be Sabbath which would not often times fall on the man made Gregorian calendar.  Another falsehood that man taught us that every Saturday is sabbath just like they told the Christians Sunday is their worship day. The Creator makes it clear to follow His instruction, when we see the new moon we know the new month starts and from there count 7 days later to know when Sabbath begins for the week.
Ezekiel 20:11-20 will explain what happens to those that are disobedient.
2 Thes. 2:9-12 The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of HaSatan, with all power and signs and  wonders of falsehood, 10 and with all deceit of unrighteousness in those perishing, because they do not receive the love of the truth, in order for them to be saved.  11 And for this reason YaHuWaH sends them working of delusion, fro them to believe the falsehood, 12 in order that all should be judged who do not believe the truth, but have delighted in the unrighteousness.

Seventh Day Sabbath Scriptures

Genesis 2:2-3--And on the seventh day Aluhiym finished His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had created.  Then Aluhiym blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which Aluhiym had created and made.

Exodus 16:23--Then he said to them, “This is what YaHuSHuWah has said: ‘Tomorrow is a Sabbath rest, a holy Sabbath to YaHuSHuWah. Bake what you will bake today, and boil what you will boil; and lay up for yourselves all that remains, to be kept until morning.’”

Exodus 16:29-30--See!  For YaHuSHuWah has given you the Sabbath; therefore He gives you on the sixth day bread for two days. Let every man remain in his place; let no man go out of his place on the seventh day.”  So the people rested on the seventh day.

Exodus 20:8--Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.

Exodus 20:10-12-- …but the seventh day is the Sabbath of YaHuSHuWah your Aluhiym. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates.  For in six days YaHuSHuWah made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore YaHuSHuWah blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.  Six days you shall do your work, and on the seventh day you shall rest, that your ox and your donkey may rest, and the son of your female servant and the stranger may be refreshed.

Exodus 31:12-17--And YaHuSHuWah spoke to MaSHaH, saying, “Speak also to the children of Israel, saying: ‘Surely My Sabbaths you shall keep, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am YaHuSHuWah who sanctifies you.  You shall keep the Sabbath, therefore, for it is holy to you. Everyone who profanes it shall surely be put to death; for whoever does any work on it, that person shall be cut off from among his people. Work shall be done for six days, but the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to YaHuSHuWah. Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.  Therefore the children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations as a perpetual covenant.  It is a sign between Me and the children of Israel forever; for in six days YaHuSHuWah made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day He rested and was refreshed.

Exodus 34:21--Six days you shall work, but on the seventh day you shall rest; in plowing time and in harvest you shall rest.

Exodus 35:1-3--Then MaSHaH gathered all the congregation of the children of Israel together, and said to them, “These are the words which YaHuSHuWah has commanded you to do:  Work shall be done for six days, but the seventh day shall be a holy day for you, a Sabbath of rest to YaHuSHuWah.  Whoever does any work on it shall be put to death.  You shall kindle no fire throughout your dwellings on the Sabbath day."

Leviticus 24:8--Every Sabbath he shall set it in order before YaHuSHuWah continually, being taken from the children of Israel by an everlasting covenant.

Leviticus 26:2--You shall keep My Sabbaths and reverence My sanctuary:  I am YaHuSHuWah.

Numbers 15:32-36--Now while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day.  And those who found him gathering sticks brought him to MaSHaH and Aaron, and to all the congregation.  They put him under guard, because it had not been explained what should be done to him. Then YaHuSHuWah said to MaSHaH, “The man must surely be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp.” So, as YaHuSHuWah commanded MaSHaH, all the congregation brought him outside the camp and stoned him with stones, and he died.

Numbers 28:9-10--And on the Sabbath day two lambs in their first year, without blemish, and two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour as a grain offering, mixed with oil, with its drink offering— this is the burnt offering for every Sabbath, besides the regular burnt offering with its drink offering.

Deuteronomy 5:11-15-- Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as YaHuSHuWah your Aluhiym commanded you.  Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of YaHuSHuWah your Aluhiym.  In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your ox, nor your donkey, nor any of your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates, that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you.  And remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and YaHuSHuWah your Aluhiym brought you out from there by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm; therefore YaHuSHuWah your Aluhiym commanded you to keep the Sabbath day.

2 Kings 11:5--Then he commanded them, saying, “This is what you shall do: One-third of you who come on duty on the Sabbath shall be keeping watch over the king’s house.

2 Kings 11:7--The two contingents of you who go off duty on the Sabbath shall keep the watch of the house of YaHuSHuWah for the king.

2 Kings 11:9--So the captains of the hundreds did according to all that Jehoiada the priest commanded. Each of them took his men who were to be on duty on the Sabbath, with those who were going off duty on the Sabbath, and came to Jehoiada the priest.

1 Chronicles 9:32--And some of their brethren of the sons of the Kohathites were in charge of preparing the showbread for every Sabbath.

1 Chronicles 23:27-32--For by the last words of David the Levites were numbered from twenty years old and above; because their duty was to help the sons of Aaron in the service of the house of YaHuSHuWah, in the courts and in the chambers, in the purifying of all holy things and the work of the service of the house of Aluhiym,  both with the showbread and the fine flour for the grain offering, with the unleavened cakes and what is baked in the pan, with what is mixed and with all kinds of measures and sizes;  to stand every morning to thank and praise YaHuSHuWah, and likewise at evening;  and at every presentation of a burnt offering to YaHuSHuWah on the Sabbaths and on the New Moons and on the set feasts, by number according to the ordinance governing them, regularly before YaHuSHuWah;  and that they should attend to the needs of the tabernacle of meeting, the needs of the holy place, and the needs of the sons of Aaron their brethren in the work of the house of YaHuSHuWah

2 Chronicles 2:4--Behold, I am building a temple for the name of YaHuSHuWah my Aluhiym, to dedicate it to Him, to burn before Him sweet incense, for the continual showbread, for the burnt offerings morning and evening, on the Sabbaths, on the New Moons, and on the set feasts of YaHuSHuWah our Aluhiym. This is an ordinance forever to Israel.

2 Chronicles 12:8-14--Then Solomon offered burnt offerings to YaHuSHuWah on the altar of YaHuSHuWah which he had built before the vestibule,  according to the daily rate, offering according to the commandment of MaSHaH, for the Sabbaths, the New Moons, and the three appointed yearly feasts—the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the Feast of Weeks, and the Feast of Tabernacles. 14 And, according to the order of David his father, he appointed the divisions of the priests for their service, the Levites for their duties (to praise and serve before the priests) as the duty of each day required, and the gatekeepers by their divisions at each gate; for so David the man of God had commanded.

2 Chronicles 23:4--This is what you shall do: One-third of you entering on the Sabbath, of the priests and the Levites, shall be keeping watch over the doors;

2 Chronicles 23:8--So the Levites and all Judah did according to all that Jehoiada the priest commanded. And each man took his men who were to be on duty on the Sabbath, with those who were going off duty on the Sabbath; for Jehoiada the priest had not dismissed the divisions.

Nehemiah 10:31--if the peoples of the land brought wares or any grain to sell on the Sabbath day, we would not buy it from them on the Sabbath, or on a holy day; and we would forego the seventh year’s produce and the exacting of every debt.

Nehemiah 10:33--  …for the showbread, for the regular grain offering, for the regular burnt offering of the Sabbaths, the New Moons, and the set feasts; for the holy things, for the sinne offerings to make atonement for Israel, and all the work of the house of our Aluhiym.

Nehemiah 13:15-19--In those days I saw people in Judah treading wine presses on the Sabbath, and bringing in sheaves, and loading donkeys with wine, grapes, figs, and all kinds of burdens, which they brought into Jerusalem on the Sabbath day. And I warned them about the day on which they were selling provisions.  Men of Tyre dwelt there also, who brought in fish and all kinds of goods, and sold them on the Sabbath to the children of Judah, and in Jerusalem.  Then I contended with the nobles of Judah, and said to them, “What evil thing is this that you do, by which you profane the Sabbath day?  Did not your fathers do thus, and did not our Aluhiym bring all this disaster on us and on this city? Yet you bring added wrath on Israel by profaning the Sabbath.”  So it was, at the gates of Jerusalem, as it began to be dark before the Sabbath, that I commanded the gates to be shut, and charged that they must not be opened till after the Sabbath. Then I posted some of my servants at the gates, so that no burdens would be brought in on the Sabbath day.

Nehemiah 13:22--And I commanded the Levites that they should cleanse themselves, and that they should go and guard the gates, to sanctify the Sabbath day.  Remember me, O my Aluhiym concerning this also, and spare me according to the greatness of Your mercy!

Isaiah 56:6--Also the sons of the foreigner Who join themselves to YaHuWaH, to serve Him, And to love the name of YaHuWaH, to be His servants— Everyone who keeps from defiling the Sabbath, And holds fast My covenant--

Isaiah 58:13-14--If you turn away your foot from the Sabbath, From doing your pleasure on My QuaDosH day, And call the Sabbath a delight, the holy day of YaHuSHuWah honorable, and shall honor Him, not doing your own ways, nor finding your own pleasure, nor speaking your own words—Then you shall delight yourself in YaHuSHuWah; and I will cause you to ride on the high hills of the earth, and feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father. The mouth of YaHuSHuWah has spoken.”

Isaiah 66:33--And it shall come to pass That from one New Moon to another, And from one Sabbath to another, All flesh shall come to worship before Me,” says YaHuSHuWah.

Jeremiah 17:21-27-- Thus says YaHuSHuWah: “Take heed to yourselves, and bear no burden on the Sabbath day, nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem;  nor carry a burden out of your houses on the Sabbath day, nor do any work, but hallow the Sabbath day, as I commanded your fathers.  But they did not obey nor incline their ear, but made their neck stiff, that they might not hear nor receive instruction.
“And it shall be, if you heed Me carefully,” says YaHuSHuWah, “to bring no burden through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day, but hallow the Sabbath day, to do no work in it,  then shall enter the gates of this city kings and princes sitting on the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, they and their princes, accompanied by the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and this city shall remain forever.  And they shall come from the cities of Judah and from the places around Jerusalem, from the land of Benjamin and from the lowland, from the mountains and from the South, bringing burnt offerings and sacrifices, grain offerings and incense, bringing sacrifices of praise to the house of YaHuSHuWah. But if you will not heed Me to hallow the Sabbath day, such as not carrying a burden when entering the gates of Jerusalem on the Sabbath day, then I will kindle a fire in its gates, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched."

Ezekiel 20:12-24--Moreover I also gave them My Sabbaths, to be a sign between them and Me, that they might know that I am YaHuSHuWah who sanctifies them.  Yet the house of Israel rebelled against Me in the wilderness; they did not walk in My statutes; they despised My judgments, ‘which, if a man does, he shall live by them’; and they greatly defiled My Sabbaths. Then I said I would pour out My fury on them in the wilderness, to consume them.  But I acted for My name’s sake, that it should not be profaned before the Gentiles, in whose sight I had brought them out.   So I also raised My hand in an oath to them in the wilderness, that I would not bring them into the land which I had given them, ‘flowing with milk and honey,’ the glory of all lands, because they despised My judgments and did not walk in My statutes, but profaned My Sabbaths; for their heart went after their idols. Nevertheless My eye spared them from destruction. I did not make an end of them in the wilderness.  “But I said to their children in the wilderness, ‘Do not walk in the statutes of your fathers, nor observe their judgments, nor defile yourselves with their idols. I am YaHuSHuWah your Aluhiym: walk in My statutes, keep My judgments, and do them; hallow My Sabbaths, and they will be a sign between Me and you, that you may know that I am YaHuSHuWah your Aluhiym.’ “Notwithstanding, the children rebelled against Me; they did not walk in My statutes, and were not careful to observe My judgments, ‘which, if a man does, he shall live by them’; but they profaned My Sabbaths. Then I said I would pour out My fury on them and fulfill My anger against them in the wilderness. Nevertheless I withdrew My hand and acted for My name’s sake, that it should not be profaned in the sight of the Gentiles, in whose sight I had brought them out. Also I raised My hand in an oath to those in the wilderness, that I would scatter them among the Gentiles and disperse them throughout the countries, because they had not executed My judgments, but had despised My statutes, profaned My Sabbaths, and their eyes were fixed on their fathers’ idols.

Ezekiel 22:8--You have despised My holy things and profaned My Sabbaths.

Ezekiel 22:26--Her priests have violated My law and profaned My holy things; they have not distinguished between the holy and unholy, nor have they made known the difference between the unclean and the clean; and they have hidden their eyes from My Sabbaths, so that I am profaned among them.

Ezekiel 23:38--Moreover they have done this to Me:  they have defiled My sanctuary on the same day and profaned My Sabbaths.

Ezekiel 44:24--In controversy they shall stand as judges, and judge it according to My judgments. They shall keep My laws and My statutes in all My appointed meetings, and they shall hallow My Sabbaths.

Ezekiel 46:3-4--Likewise the people of the land shall worship at the entrance to this gateway before YaHuSHuWah on the Sabbaths and the New Moons.   The burnt offering that the prince offers to YaHuSHuWah on the Sabbath day shall be six lambs without blemish, and a ram without blemish;

Ezekiel 46:12--Now when the prince makes a voluntary burnt offering or voluntary peace offering to YaHuSHuWah, the gate that faces toward the east shall then be opened for him; and he shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings as he did on the Sabbath day. Then he shall go out, and after he goes out the gate shall be shut.

Matthew 12:8-12--For the Son of Man is Master even of the Sabbath. Now when He had departed from there, He went into their synagogue. And behold, there was a man who had a withered hand. And they asked Him, saying, “Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?”—that they might accuse Him.
Then He said to them, “What man is there among you who has one sheep, and if it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will not lay hold of it and lift it out?  Of how much more value then is a man than a sheep? Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.”

John 9:16--Therefore some of the Pharisees said, “This Man is not from God, because He does not keep the Sabbath.” Others said, “How can a man who is a sinnener do such signs?” And there was a division among them.

John 9:31--Therefore, because it was the Preparation Day, that the bodies should not remain on the cross on the Sabbath (for that Sabbath was a high day), the Jews asked Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.   (Preparation Day was another name for Passover, and no work was to be done on the Sabbath)

Hebrews 4:4--For He has spoken in a certain place of the seventh day in this way: “And Aluhiym rested on the seventh day from all His works”; YaHuSHuWah counted days as Day 1-Day7.  He never meant for us to call them the pagan deities that we have named them throughout the latter years of history.  The word Sunday or a commandment to worship on Sunday is not found in the Holy Bible at all.
  NOTE:
"Quadosh" means "set apart"--not like the rest of the world is doing it.
"Law" means "instructions for having life".
"My Sabbaths" says YaHuSHuWah:  not just a Jewish tradition. Jew and gentile are ONE in Messiah.
"New Moons, Feasts and Festivals" are mentioned often. Study to show thyself approved.
